How long does it take to get a custom-printed order ready?
For generic items we print ourselves (like S, M, L lunch boxes, 850cc bowls, and 12oz cups), the lead time is approximately 4 - 6 weeks. For completely customized products with unique sizes and structures, which are sourced from China, the lead time can be up to two months.
Do I have to pay for samples and design?
We provide a free sample kit for you to check our product quality before you order. A plain (non-printed) mockup is also free. For a printed mockup, there is a fee of RM250, which is waived if you place an order with us.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for products with a custom logo or printing?
The MOQ for a custom-printed order starts from 10,000 pieces. This amount may vary depending on the product type and size you need. Reach out to us for more information!
Is Foodabox packaging safe for food?
Yes, absolutely. All our products are made from food-grade paperboard that is safe for direct food contact. We also use soy-based or water-based inks for printing, and some products are made from FSC-certified paper.
How is shipping calculated? Can I get free shipping?
Shipping costs are based on your order's weight, size, and delivery location. We offer free delivery to one location within Klang Valley for purchases of RM1,000 and above in a single invoice.
