RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However we would like to state that all goods sold are not applicable for any sort of return or exchange of products unless product may have quality defects. Under such circumstances, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange only Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@foodabox.com or call to our customer service number at +601110988010 to make a report on the quality defect you have encountered. A further investigation will take place from our side to ensure the defect on the product is due to production quality and not external factors. Once verified it is a quality defect, we will proceed to offer exchange of goods upon return of the products. However the  customer is applicable to choose any of the options below for the process depending on the case.

A.) Exchange of the same product

A one to one exchange will be done to compensate for the quality defect item.

B.) Exchange to a different product

Customer is required to add on balance amount if the new product is more experienced. A credit note will be issued for the returned product and a new order will be placed for the new product. After receiving a confirmation from our executive, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:
