Klang Valley – The shipping fee is RM15/carton within Klang Valley. You will be entitled for a free delivery should your purchase is RM 1,000 and above.
Outstation – The shipping fee is RM30/carton to outstations. If you are ordering in bulk, please feel free to check with our customer service for a better rate.
Yes definitely! We provide free samples, where you can fill the sample box with as many samples as you wish! You will need to bear the courier fee (Pss, did we mention a cash voucher is included for you to offset the payment?). So please feel free to refer to our Free Samples page on our website.
Our packaging is produced in an enclosed cleanroom with strict compliance to hygiene and safety.
Goods sold are neither returnable nor refundable. However, we will do one to one exchange if manufacturing defects are involved!
Plain – We will deliver the items within 1 to 3 working days (subject to the availability of the items).
Customizations – The normal lead time for customizations to be done is around 4 to 6 working weeks, upon deposit payment and artwork confirmation.
Yes! Thanks to the good structural design, they can be stacked up to 3-5 boxes at once!
Foodabox aims to help customers to improve their brand identity, so yes you can have your own unique design on the boxes! Planning to have printing done but no idea on the designing part? Fret not as we have our in-house design to be in rescue!

Our locking system will be able to secure the packaging throughout the delivery process, as long as the lock is used correctly (we are not liable for handling part of the third party)
Our lunch boxes are PE coated, so the liquid will not be able to seep through the box itself.
Yes but only for reheating purposes. We recommend it to be within 2 minutes.
Side Note: Please do remove the bowl lid before reheating.
Unfortunately we don’t do this at the moment, as the costing and MOQ would be too high!
